The Giant Puppet Parade Siem Reap Cambodia

The Giant Puppet Project in Siem Reap Cambodia is an Annual Children’s Community Arts Project that started in 2007. It is the largest of it’s kind in the Kingdom of Cambodia. This is a Non Profit event run by Non Profits for the benefit of the Children of Cambodia and the City at large. You can find more information at their Facebook Page Giant Puppet Project, Siem Reap

The Giant Puppets are created by children under the guidance of Volunteers and Artists with weeks of diligent work. This all culminates in a fabulous parade where the children have the opportunity to showcase their accomplishments to the cheers of the crowds. This is the first year since 2019 and It was amazing.

Next Year the Giant Puppet Project Parade is scheduled for February 24th 2024. Hope to see you there.
